A delicious treat that is BBQ'd to perfection!
You'll Need
Cookie Dough
- 2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 C. Chicken Broth or Beef Broth
BBQ Sauce Glaze
- 4 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Molasses
- 2 Tbsp Water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix Flour and Cheese into bowl until well combined
- Add Chicken or Beef broth, and mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough out flat onto a lightly floured surface
- use a butter knife to cut into Chicken Drumsticks or Beef Ribs.
- Line cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet, set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix tomato paste, molasses and water.
- Using a pastry brush, glaze treats with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Bake 20 - 30 minutes, or until treats are semi-crunchy and glaze has darkened.
- Once cooled, treats can be stored in an air tight container for up for 1 week.
